GENERAL

 

Room rates are $103.00 plus 14% tax.  Reservations must be made prior to May 12, 2009. After May 12, 2009 cut-off date, rates will be regular rack rate.  Room cancellation date is 48 hours prior to arrival date. 

 

You must be registered to receive the reduced room rate.

 

Hospitality Suites requests must be made through the Hotel.

 

Registration fee is $25.00.  Cut-off date is May 29, 2009.  Refund cut-off date is May 29, 2009.  There will be NO on site registration.  Anyone sending in a $25.00 registration after May 29, 2009 will have their registration returned unaccepted.
