GENERAL

Room rates are $103.00 plus tax. Reservations must be made prior to May 12, 2009. After May 12, 2009 cut-off date, rates will be regular rack rate. Room cancellation date is 48 hours prior to arrival date.

You must be registered to receive the reduced room rate.

Hospitality Suites requests must be made through the Hotel.

Registration is $60.00. Cut-off date is May 28, 2009. Refund cut-off date is May 28, 2009. Registration after May 28, 2009 will be $70.00 and seating for the Banquet will be as available.
